Living in uncertainty is difficult
When life feels out of control, our natural coping mechanism is to grasp at anything that gives us a sense of security and stability. This reaction frequently results in careless behaviour and added misery.
We want peace, joy and harmony. How can we maintain centred and live our lives in a world that keep changing?
We can, however, find the straight to face the unpredictable and turn towards suffering, both our own and that of others, by choosing to concentrate, cultivating joy and wisdom.
Lets look at how to mindfully accept each moment as it arises as a remedy for the uncertainties that arise in daily life, meditation, and the wider world.
Program
We will be supported by the six guidelines and the three basic elements of Insight Dialogue – meditative awareness, the wisdom teachings of the Buddha, and human’s natural relatedness – which form the foundation and a path for letting go and liberation.
The retreat is designed both for experienced Insight Dialogue practitioners and for Insight Dialogue facilitators and teachers wishing to deepen their practice and understanding of Insight Dialogue
